Welcome to Max’s Pressure Washing. By using our website and booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

Max’s Pressure Washing provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to house washing, driveway cleaning, patio and deck washing, poolside cleaning, walkway and sidewalk cleaning, boat washing, and gutter cleaning.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition and size of the area upon inspection. Any changes will be discussed with the client prior to starting work.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

Late payments may be subject to a fee. Invoices not paid within 15 days may incur a late fee of $25.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the quoted service cost.

5. Liability Disclaimer

While we take great care in delivering our services, Max’s Pressure Washing is not liable for pre-existing damage, water intrusion due to faulty siding, electrical hazards from exposed outlets, or any damage resulting from neglecting necessary maintenance prior to service.

6. Property Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the service area is accessible, free of obstructions (e.g., pets, vehicles, furniture), and that all windows and doors are securely closed.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Use of Customer Images

With your consent, we may take before-and-after photos for marketing purposes (social media, website, etc.). Let us know in advance if you prefer not to have photos taken or shared.
